Siberia is a huge region, and musical culture of its folks differ from one to another. There's about 200 instruments known from Ob river to Amur and Kamchatka.
Central and northeastern siberian folks has the most archaic music traditions in the world. Their major singing styles are: dzarin in tunguso-manchuri, kozhong and saaryn in turki. Its most close equivalent in tuvan is khoomei, however, it differs.
In this album, Bugotak have put some songs from northern turki, tungus and manchuri folks, with minimal arrangement.

People say that it is true ethnic, but very original and incendiary.

The album has an responce from Yury I. Sheikin, leading specialist in siberian folklore:
I think that George Andriyanov is a talented musician.
He has been developing his own rare style which is rather powerful.
Some of his emotionally colored improvisations are like
diamonds. I'm going to listen "Siberian Tales" more...
